What you receive

Individual access to five introductory courses: Maximo work-order fundamentals, Maximo AI Service, Maximo Health, Maximo Visual Inspection, and corporate GHG emissions data fundamentals, while your subscription is active. It includes written lessons, fictional scenarios, exercises, knowledge checks, and saved progress. It does not include an IBM certification, Maximo software license, a sustainability reporting platform, practice server, video library, or consulting engagement.

Monthly billing and cancellation

The price is $29 USD per month, plus applicable tax shown at checkout. Billing starts when you subscribe and renews monthly until canceled. Use Manage billing in your learning account to update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. A failed or incomplete payment may pause lesson access until resolved.

Account and privacy

Use a Google account to sign in. Kyzen stores your Google account identifier, name, email, session information, lesson completion records, and Stripe customer reference. These support sign-in, progress tracking, access control, billing, and account support. Google handles identity verification and Stripe handles payment details; Kyzen does not collect your Google password or full card number. Sign-in does not grant Kyzen access to your Gmail or Google Drive.

Questions or account requests

Email hello@kyzentechnology.com for billing questions, refund requests, access problems, or requests concerning your account data. Use the same email as your learner account. Please do not send passwords or card details.
