About Kyzen Learning
These terms apply to Kyzen Technology’s online learning membership. Effective September 25, 2026. By using the learning service or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to hello@kyzentechnology.com.
Your account
Use your own Google account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for protecting access to that account. Membership is for one learner and may not be shared or resold. You must be able to enter a binding agreement to purchase a membership.
What membership includes
An active paid membership provides access to five introductory courses covering Maximo work-order fundamentals, Maximo AI Service, Maximo Health, Maximo Visual Inspection, and corporate GHG emissions data fundamentals, written explanations, fictional scenarios, exercises, knowledge checks, and saved progress. It does not include videos, a hosted Maximo or sustainability-platform environment, a software license, IBM certification, consulting services, legal or audit advice, or a commitment to a particular schedule of new content.
Subscriptions and payment
The introductory price is $29 USD per month, plus applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. There is no free trial. When you subscribe, you authorize recurring monthly charges until canceled. Stripe processes payments. The amount and billing terms presented at checkout apply to your purchase. Incomplete or failed payments may suspend lesson access until resolved.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel through Manage billing in your learning account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, with access continuing through that period while the subscription remains eligible. Canceling does not automatically refund prior charges. Send refund requests or billing errors to hello@kyzentechnology.com for review. Any mandatory rights to refunds, cancellation, or other remedies under applicable law remain unaffected.
Using course content
Kyzen grants you personal, nonexclusive access to the course during your paid membership. You may use the lessons for your own learning but may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly post course materials without permission. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use another learner’s account.
Independent training and safe practice
Kyzen Technology is independent of IBM and of every sustainability software vendor. IBM and Maximo belong to their respective trademark owner. Course examples are general educational material and may differ from your organization’s version, configuration, permissions, and procedures. Follow your employer’s approved workflows and safety requirements. Training does not authorize maintenance activities, does not constitute legal, audit, or assurance advice on regulatory reporting, and does not guarantee certification or business results. Use only an authorized training environment for optional software exercises.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, correct, or update the service and course materials. Interruptions can occur, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may suspend accounts for misuse or unpaid charges. Material changes to membership or pricing will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal, with an opportunity to cancel. Updated terms will be posted here; applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
Privacy and support
Our Privacy Policy explains how learner information is handled. For access problems, account requests, cancellation assistance, or billing questions, contact hello@kyzentechnology.com. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
