Privacy Policy
About this policy
This policy explains how Kyzen Technology uses information for Kyzen Learning, our online learning membership. Effective September 23, 2026. Contact hello@kyzentechnology.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, and email address. We store account information, session records, lesson completion records, and a Stripe customer reference. Our hosting and payment providers also process technical information, such as IP addresses, request logs, device information, and payment events, to operate and protect the service.
Google sign-in
We request only basic identity permissions: openid, email, and profile. Sign-in does not give Kyzen access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or Google password. We use Google identity information to create and secure your learner account, identify your progress, and support your membership.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate learners, provide lessons, save progress, verify paid access, manage billing, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot service problems. We do not sell Google user information or use it for advertising targeting.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payment details, recurring subscriptions, invoices, and billing management. Kyzen does not receive your full card number. We share your name, email, and an internal account reference with Stripe to manage your membership. Google provides authentication, Vercel hosts the application, and Neon provides database storage. These providers process information needed to deliver their services and may process it in countries outside your own.
Cookies and security
The learning area uses essential cookies for sign-in verification and your learner session. Blocking these cookies may prevent sign-in. Session tokens are stored as hashes in our database, and production session cookies use security protections. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and progress information as needed to operate your account, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or progress. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@kyzentechnology.com. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for billing, security, or legal obligations. You can also remove the app’s access in your Google Account settings; this does not itself cancel a paid subscription.
Children and changes
Kyzen Learning is designed for adult professional learners and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information. We will update this page when practices change and provide notice of material changes where required.
